Explore southern New Zealand in a journey from the dry highlands of canterbury to the lush rainforests of the westcoast and the rugged coastlines of the south to the highest peaks of the southern Alps. Captured in incredibly detailed 8K resolution and mastered at 60fps this video is aimed to bring you as close to the scenery as being just on location.
Within the production-time of 16weeks, 185000 photos have been taken, 8TB of raw-material shot, over 220 hours of time captured, 8000km driven and over 1000 hours have been spent for post-production.

Its crazy to think that the Galaxy can be captured with this much detail, only a few hours away from Los Angeles and San Francisco. I hope that seeing some of this footage with influence more people to get out there any witness the magic of the night sky. RISE – Oregon Aerial 4K

RISE is my first aerial short video which showcases the diverse landscape of Oregon from a new perspective. As a landscape photographer/filmmaker, Oregon is a compositional wonderland from the rugged coast to the lush forests. It definitely has something to offer for anyone seeking a little bit of adventure.
This project started for me in 2015 when I first got into aerial photography, I would take many road trips through Oregon gathering more and more footage. Until my hard drives had over 16 hours of aerial content to sort through. My love and passion for UAV filming and photography happened after the first time I went out flying. I have to give a huge thanks to the extremely talented Russell Preston Brown and Barry Blanchard for introducing me into the craft and helping me out along the way.
